Before you book
Booking policies.
Please read these terms carefully. Every booking request requires confirmation that you understand and agree to them.
Booking & deposit
All appointments must be booked in advance. A £10 non-refundable deposit is required by card when booking and will be deducted from your final total. If Hana has to cancel, your deposit will be refunded.
Existing enhancements
Hana only works on sets originally completed by her. Please arrive completely free of nail enhancements applied by another nail technician.
Cancellations
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations incur a £10 charge. Failure to attend without notice incurs a £20 no-show charge.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is permitted per booking. Your new appointment must take place within four weeks of the original appointment date.
Payment
The £10 deposit is paid by card through the booking process. The remaining balance must be paid in cash at your appointment.
Arrival & lateness
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. Please notify Hana as soon as possible if you expect to be delayed.
Confirmation
Your appointment must be confirmed at least 12 hours beforehand. Unconfirmed appointments may be released.
Come prepared
Arrive with clean hands, plan your journey in advance, and bring your inspiration images or design ideas so the appointment can begin on time.
